The sludge pumps are designed with robust hydraulic parts in wear resistant nodular cast iron for reliable performance. Vortex impellers and agitator at the end of the shaft minimize the risk of clogging.
Lightweight pumps in robust design
The portable pumps JS 4, JS 7 and JS 8 handle sludge, slurry, or abrasive water with solids content from construction sites, mining, tunnelling, and quarries.The sludge pumps are designed with robust hydraulic parts in wear resistant nodular cast iron for reliable performance. Vortex impellers and agitator at the end of the shaft minimize the risk of clogging.
Level control options
JS 8 includes automatic level control as standard, while JS 4 and JS 7 are available with or without automatic level control. All pumps feature a stainless-steel cooling jacket and built-in thermal protection for safe and efficient operation. Pumps equipped with level control provide additional dry-running protection.
