validated advanced tray technology for today’s market.
Sulzer “Plus” Technology make use of enhanced downcomers technology
trays such as high sloped, Truncated, StepArc™ (stepped), ModArc™
and Prism downcomers, as well as enhanced tray decks equipped with
high capacity MVG™, MMVG™ fixed valves or UFM™ Float valves.

UFMPlus™ trays
UFMPlus™ trays are Sulzer’s high performance chordal downcomer trays with UFM™ tray decks and enhanced downcomers. Among the chordal downcomer trays, UFMPlus trays offer highest capacity while maintaining high mass transfer efficiency. Being float valve trays, UFMPlus trays offer better turndown than fixed valve trays, i.e. up to 5:1.
