Professional background

Since 1 October 2022, Michael Schüepp has led Sulzer’s corporate acquisitions and strategic joint ventures as Head of Ventures. Before joining Sulzer, he built up and headed the engineering services division at BKW AG, Bern (2015 - 2022). Michael Schüepp previously managed his own companies until their sales in 2005 and subsequently took on various management roles in medium-sized family-owned companies, as well as in the telecommunications industry, and was a non-executive director for various private equity companies.
