Marlène Betschart oversees as Head of Communications Sulzer's corporate and financial communications, media relations, internal communications, branding and reputation management. She joined Sulzer in September 2024 after leading Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition AG, a formerly listed Swiss food company.

There, she was a member of the management team and played a key role in positioning the company with investors, media and other stakeholders during a period of strategic transformation.

Earlier in her career, Marlène held senior communications roles in the financial sector, including at Bank Linth LLB AG, where she served as Head of Communications and Sustainability.
