Professional background

Simona Rossetti joined the Sulzer Executive Committee as Division President Services on October 1, 2026. She brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in industrial services, aftermarket businesses, operations and sales. Prior to joining Sulzer, Simona Rossetti served as SVP Head of Grid Technologies Sales Europe at Siemens Energy. Previously, she was Senior Vice President Europe & Africa for Gas Services, with full responsibility for the Control Services business across multiple markets. Earlier in her career, she held a range of positions within Siemens Energy and Siemens, including Senior Vice President Global Operations for Controls & Digitalization. She began her career with Siemens in 2001 and held engineering, product management, sales and management roles across Europe, Asia and the United States.
