Sulzer academy training process

On Tuesday September 2nd at 08:30 CEST, our open seminar “Pumps in theory and practice” will take place in Mannheim.

Over 2 days of theoretical and practical sessions held in German, participants will discover how to safely improve the reliability, profitability and availability of centrifugal pumps operating at their facilities.


Topics covered by the seminar will include:

  • The hydraulic basics of centrifugal pumps
  • Operation and maintenance principles
  • Causes of pump damage and how to avoid them
  • The basics of mechanical seals

Attendees can expect engaging practical sessions with our training pumps, as well as an optional full guided factory tour.
