For experienced professionals: advanced troubleshooting and in-depth analysis for multistage pumps, with a focus on failure analysis, root causes, materials and complex maintenance work.

Operations, service and workshop specialists already working with pumps who want to deepen their troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Materials and design principles of multistage pumps
  • Detailed hydraulics: cavitation patterns and operating limits
  • Mechanical seal damage and seal plans
  • Disassembly procedures (incl. axially split pumps)
  • Commissioning, operational optimisation and troubleshooting 
  • Basics of vibration and vibration analysis
Format:

2 days: advanced theory (day 1) + hands-on practice (day 2) with training pumps.
