Service details

  • GG & FT overhaul and repair: Performing in-depth inspections, developing a cost-effective work scope for customer approvals, and implementing timely processes.
  • Fuel manifold and nozzle overhaul: Removing carbon and other restrictive deposits from nozzles and manifolds to maintain a steady fuel flow.
  • Accessory overhauls and repairs: Providing complete overhaul and repair for clutches, fuel and oil pumps, bleed valves, and starters from brands such as TDI and Airesearch. 

Facility capabilities

We are continually investing in our service center to provide the most comprehensive service available to our customers. 

  • Electronics lab: Performing function testing of ignitors, circuits, solenoids, and other components.
  • Test cell: Providing peace of mind to our customers that their equipment is tested and ready to run upon return. It is just one of our many tools for evaluating engine anomalies. 
  • Fuel lab: Using a newly developed test bench that utilizes state-of-the-art software, we can track and trend each nozzle to ensure that they meet all specifications.
  • Assisting you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to keep your projects on track and on time.

  • Conducting routine audits of processes to ensure the customer receives a consistently high-quality product.
  • Maintaining hard copies and computer records for a minimum of 5 years after the completed product has shipped.
