By Car – Located north of Venlo, just off the N271, our Venlo Service Center is easily accessible by car and has free parking for the event. To ensure ample parking space, please inform us when registering online. Plan your route.

By Train – Located 10.5 km from our Venlo Service Center, taxis are readily available at the station, or guests may choose to pre-book for convenience.

By Plane – The Venlo Service Center is accessible from several nearby airports:

  • Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) – 64 km
  • Weeze Airport (NRN) – 24 km
  • Eindhoven Airport (EIN) – 69 km

Taxis are available at the airport exits and can take you directly to the Venlo Service Center.

Accommodation:

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Maashof (approximately a 14-minute drive to Sulzer) for your convenience.

To book your room, please email sulzerscvenlo@sulzer.com for the attention of Mrs. Marjolein Wagener with your travel dates. We will make the reservation on your behalf.

Please note: You will need to pay for your hotel room booking upon arrival.

We request that flat, closed shoes be worn. You are welcome to wear safety shoes, however, these are not mandatory. We will provide you with safety glasses on-site and will cover safety procedures at the opening of the event.

We have ample, free parking available at the Venlo Service Center. To support our logistical efforts, we kindly ask for confirmation when you register if you plan on arriving with your own vehicle.

All registered visitors will be assigned to a scheduled tour that will take place after lunch. In addition to the tours, you’ll have the opportunity to join breakout sessions with Sulzer experts. You will also have the chance to network with Sulzer teams and fellow customers and explore the full range of Sulzer capabilities by visiting the exhibition space. This space will be available for the duration of the event.
