The improved sealing and processing accuracy ensure enhanced piston tightness with four time lower vapor transmission than conventional piston technologies. As a result, your products may have a significantly longer shelf life.

It has to be practical. Due to the pick-and-place design of the piston, the piston stays with the piston insertion tool, making it a snap to insert. Only one tool is needed to simultaneoulsy insert the piston and activate the venting feature.. The result: The filling process is safe and easy, saving time as you streamline your process.

*The piston is optimally designed to vent air that is entrapped between the piston and fluid. With ideal boundary conditions, air free cartridge filling is possible. In specific applications, venting can be negatively influenced by material rheology, air/gas content of the fluid, filling parameters or filling equipment, environmental conditions, other system components used during the filling process. These and other factors must be verified and optimized for specific applications by the filler.
