Radial split pumps

Sulzer offers various models of radial split pumps: the GSG and CP are for high-temperature hydrocarbon processes, oil production and offshore crude oil services; the HPcp and HPcpV for water injection to 1000 bars and offshore high energy services; and the HPT for electric utility boiler feed duties.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB5 - CP Multistage Volute Type Double Case Radially Split Pump — CP ISO 13709 / API 610 Type BB5 radially split barrel casing pumps are used in both high-pressure oil production and high-temperature refinery applications.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB5 - GSG Diffuser Style Barrel Pump — The GSG pump is the least costly form of ISO 13709 / API 610 Type BB5 high-pressure barrel pumps. The GSG back-to-back rotor stack is supplied on low- density services where rotor stability is critical.

GSG diffuser style barrel pump for feedwater applications — The GSG-BFP is a BB5 type pump designed for feedwater applications in fossil and industrial power plants.

GVG Diffusor Style Barrel Pumps — The GVG is a pump especially designed to charge the reactor coolant in a nuclear power plant. The pump is designed to produce high pressure by small capacity with direct drive.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB5 - GSG low flow Pump — The GSGLF pump is the only fully compliant API 610 high-pressure pump for low flow applications and the alternative to high speed, OH6 pumps.

ISO 13709 (API 610) BB5 - HPcp Multisatge Barrel Casing Pumps — HPcp ISO 13709 / API 610 Type BB5 radially split barrel pumps are used for water injection, offshore crude oil shipping, and remote pipeline services. The Sulzer HPcp pump is the leader in ultrahigh pressure applications.

HPT High Pressure Barrel Casing Pumps — The HPT is a pump specifically designed for boiler feed applications in thermal power stations. The pumps are optimized to provide high-efficiency operation over an extended period of time, thus reducing operating and maintenance costs.
