Single-stage centrifugal pumps

Our range of single-stage pumps can be designed either using the end suction overhang impeller design method, or the impeller between bearing design method. These pumps comply with either ISO 5199 / ISO 2858, ASME B73.1 or API 610 standards and guarantee reliable pumping processes.

AHLSTAR A centrifugal single stage pump — AHLSTAR A end-suction single-stage centrifugal process pumps are used for demanding industrial applications to ensure process reliability, high efficiency and low operating costs. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR_Range_Type_APP_T_whole — AHLSTAR APT end-suction single-stage centrifugal process pumps are used for demanding industrial applications to ensure process reliability, high efficiency and low operating costs. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR EPP/T Range — AHLSTAR EPP/T centerline supported end-suction single-stage centrifugal process pumps are designed to stand high temperature especially in demanding industrial hot liquid pumping applications. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR NPP/T range long and close coupled non-clogging end suction single stage centrifugal pumps — AHLSTAR NPP/T non-clogging end-suction single-stage centrifugal process pumps are designed for industrial large solids containing liquid or abrasive slurry applications to avoid plugging. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR WPP/T range long and close coupled wear resistant end suction single stage cetrifugal pumps — AHLSTAR WPP/T wear-resistant end-suction single-stage centrifugal pumps are designed for abrasive and erosive pumping applications, such as lime milk and mud, and coating pigments. The pump exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199.

AHLSTAR-RO end suction pump — The A-RO pumps take Sulzer’s highly reputed Ahlstar A series to new levels of efficiency and operation range and are optimized for the demanding conditions of seawater reverse osmosis (RO) applications.

API610/ISO 13709 Pumps — API 610 / ISO 13709 international standard specifies requirements for overhung, between-bearings and vertically-suspended centrifugal pumps used in petroleum, petrochemical and gas industry process services.

CPE ANSI process pumps range (ANSI/ASME B73.1) — CPE ANSI pumps are specifically designed to exceed the strictest energy regulations for all industries as well as the requirements of ASME B73.1. With revolutionary hydraulics and high efficiency, they offer the lowest life cycle costs.

Dry installed sewage pump type ABS FR — The FR dry-installed clogless pump enables economical pumping of heavily-polluted sewage and wastewater in municipal and industrial applications. It is ideal for pumping clear water, polluted water, and heavily-polluted sewage in commercial, industrial, and municipal applications.

End suction centrifugal pumps SES — The end-suction centrifugal pumps SES and SKS meet the requirements of versatile water applications as well as general industry and auxiliary power. SES is a long-coupled pump that can be delivered as a complete skid or connected to an existing electric motor or diesel engine. SKS is a monoblock pump with electric motor that can be supplied with a frequency converter.

HPTd single stage double suction pumps — The HPTd pumps are optimized to provide high-efficiency operation over an extended period of time, thus reducing operating and maintenance costs. Their robust construction and tolerance of changing conditions makes them particularly suitable for cyclic operation.

HZB double suction volute pump — The HZB is a horizontal, radially split, single stage, double suction, centerline mounted pump. The HZB pumps are ideal for use in arduous industrial applications for handling clean, cold or hot liquids as well as for safety-related services in nuclear power stations.

HZB-HTF double suction volute pump — The HZB-HTF is a horizontal, radially split, single stage, double suction centerline mounted pump. The HZB-HTF are ideal for use in thermal oil applications for handling clean hot and hazardous liquids.

NRN high.pressure process pump — The NRN is a horizontal, single-stage end-suction process pump, designed for heavy-duty applications in various industries. It exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199 and ISO 13709 (API 610) 11th edition, type OH1.

PRF high pressure booster pump — The PRF pump range has been specifically designed to manage clear liquids with high suction pressure. Optimized design ensures maximum pressure resistance and extended lifetime of the pump.

Process Pump Type Ensival Moret EMTECH — EMTECH horizontal single-stage end-suction pump range has been designed for demanding process pumping applications. It fulfills energy efficiency regulations across all industries and exceeds the requirements of ISO 5199 international standard. Efficient hydraulics reduces total cost of ownership (TCO).

REL Horizontal Diffuser Style Single Stage Pumps — The REL pump range is especially designed for nuclear safety services. Basic design comes from the API 610 process pump type ZE/ZF, reinforced according to nuclear regulations using forged casing.

SIL inline pump range — High-efficiency SIL inline single-stage centrifugal pumps are developed to meet the process requirements in various general and industrial applications. Inline design with integrated motor construction makes this process pump compact and easy to install.

SNS end suction single stage pump range — The SNS end-suction pump has been designed to exceed the highest energy efficiency regulations across all industries and also the design requirements of ISO 5199 international standard. The innovative design makes this centrifugal pump more reliable while significantly reducing total cost of ownership.

Scanpump ISO5199 Pumps — Supplementary product solutions for the pulp and paper industry include process pumps, medium consistency pumps, degassing pumps, fan pumps, digester pumps, and agitators. Products are also suitable for general industry and water and wastewater handling.

VMOA transformer oil circulation centrifugal pump — VMOA transformer oil circulation centrifugal pumps are used to circulate transformer oil in cooling systems.

ZFn horizontal volute type process pumps range — The ZFn pump range is especially designed for nuclear safety service. Basic design comes from our API 610 process pump type ZE/ZF and is reinforced according to nuclear regulations.
