IONIT OX™ systems
A combination of nitriding, gas nitrocarburizing, plasma activating, and oxidation for corrosion and wear protection.
Our plasma heat treatment processes are most commonly used for serial production in the automotive industry as well as in the mechanical and system engineering fields. We work with you to develop and engineer systems to implement these processes in your manufacturing workflow. As requested by our customers, we have designed IONIT Compact and IONIT OX systems as bell, pit, and horizontal furnaces. Depending upon your capacity requirements, we can supply single, tandem, or multiple systems.
Our unique plasma heat treatment systems provide:
- Up to 30 t in weight
- Up to 22,000 mm long
- Up to 4,000 mm in diameter
