We have a wide range of standard PVD hard coatings. Our monolayer coating options include: TiN, CrN, ZrN, and AlTiN. We can also provide multilayer coatings like TiCN if required for your application.

Titanium Nitride (TiN)

This coating has excellent hardness and anti-adhesion properties.

Chromium Nitride (CrN)

This coating has superior strength and helps protect against cold pressure bonding.        

Titanium Carbo Nitride (TiCN)

This coating offers superior hardness. Its excellent wear protection makes it ideal for components subjected to abrasive loads, such as cooling lubricants.

Zirconium Nitride (ZrN)

The microroughness of a ZrN coating can be adjusted to a defined specification. Thus, this coating is ideal for tapping and decorative applications.               

Aluminum Titanium Nitride (AlTiN)

This coating has excellent hardness and strength, and is resistant to oxidation and inert chemistry.
