• Vladimir V. Kuznetsov (1961), Russian, Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Renova Management AG, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Everest. Before that, he had functions with Financial Advisory Services, Salomon Brothers, and Goldman Sachs in Moscow. His assignments as a board member or a supervisory board chairman over the last ten years include a number of private and public companies, such as OAO TNK, OAO Yukos, OC Oerlikon, Renova US Management, Renova Media Enterprises, and Emergofin BV.
• Urs Andreas Meyer (1964), Swiss, Dr. sc. techn., to join Renova Management AG as Head of Industrial Investments in January 2008. Over the past six-and-a-half years, he has been division CEO of Satisloh (a division of Schweiter Technologies), where he played a key role in the transformation of the Satisloh Group into a leader in the coating and surface processing of optical lenses. Before that, he was managing director at Otto Suhner AG in Brugg and had assignments at Rieter Textile and Rieter India.

In the event of their election, the term of office of the proposed board members will last until the ordinary annual general meeting 2009.
