Substantial increases in order intake and sales and healthy profitability in 2011 Based on a solid financial performance, the Board of Directors is proposing an unchanged dividend of CHF 3.00 per share. For 2012, Sulzer expects order intake and sales to increase moderately, and profitability is forecast to remain healthy. In addition, Sulzer announces new midrange targets for 2012–2015.
