The purchase price is up to EUR 2.5 million (approximately CHF 3.8 million) depending on the future performance. Subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions, the closing of the acquisition is expected in September 2009. The annual sales of the business averaged approximately EUR 2.3 million (approximately CHF 3.5 million) over the past years.
