The name says it all – At Sulzer, personal development is based on actual business projects:

Through their projects, participants in these development programs make a measurable contribution (impact) to Sulzer's success and learn by example how to apply new knowledge (development).

Internal coaches assist participants with their project work. By studying successful projects implemented by experienced senior managers, participants learn the Sulzer way of business.

Leading business school academics and external trainers lecture on specific topics.

PDI teams are international and made up of members from different divisions. This way, ideas can be exchanged and contacts forged beyond geographical and divisional boundaries.
