Our test centers cover the whole range of unit operations that can be supplied to our customers. Sulzer's specific world-class facilities for developing technology solutions for polymerization reactions and devolatilization, as well as for mixing of and heat transfer in highly-viscous media are described separately.

Pilot Plant Testing

Pilot testing enables our customers to verify the feasibility of the proposed separation processes. In addition, innovative solutions and new developments can be elaborated and optimized to supply our customers with the best and most cost-effective solution to their separation problem.

Test Center Services

In addition to mini-plant and pilot trials, we offer our services in the area of experimental process development. Our customers can also request toll separation services, such as launch productions and sample productions, for use in their own in-house tests.
