The exact date is 21 business days after the court rules on the final fairness of the settlement agreement which is expected to be released after the fairness hearing which is set to begin on May 6.

The final settlement agreement has recently been signed by all parties and has been preliminarily approved by Judge O’Malley. The opt-out period will start on April 19, 2002 and run through 5 business days after the court rules on the final fairness of the settlement agreement.
