Facts triggering the obligation to notify: Changed composition of the relevant group.
Note: With its decision of December 19, 2007, the SWX Disclosure Office has absolved Deutsche Bank AG from notification of group changes within its holding of Sulzer Ltd shares in regard to the group formed by Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliates in terms of Art. 15 paragraph 3 of the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission. As a result, no further notifications will be made if the composition of the group changes but no threshold is exceeded or undercut. This easing of reporting is limited to 24 months. Furthermore, any person can request, free of charge, a statement of the current composition of the formal group of the Deutsche Bank AG within two trading days without the obligation to provide a particular interest.
