In agreement with the Board, the current CEO, Ton Büchner, will leave Sulzer by the end of October to pursue a career opportunity as CEO of AkzoNobel, as announced in June.
The recruiting process for the new Chief Executive Officer of Sulzer is underway and an appointment will be announced in due course.
