Sulzer's global manufacturing network combines the advantages of a global company with the ability of a local partner. We can transfer manufacturing of either parts or complete pumps between plants, providing customers with leading levels of performance and reliability regardless of the application.

Wherever you are, Sulzer is close-by to bring the latest pumping technology to your unique process. We are constantly striving to strengthen our manufacturing base by increasing the efficiency of all our facilities, including our foundry operations in Finland and Brazil. Sulzer Pumps' manufacturing network spans to 19 factories globally, with multiple factories in some locations.

By working with global supply partners, we ensure raw materials and manufactured items meet the highest quality standards. In every manufacturing location, we invest in state-of-the-art machine tools, packaging and test facilities.

These continuous improvements will benefit our customers as we continue to develop an evermore advanced manufacturing philosophy. This commitment is at the heart of the value we deliver to every customer. All our manufacturing locations have certified quality management systems in place conforming to the requirements ISO 9001:2000 standard, as well as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Brazil

Following extensive investments, the sites in Jundiaí and Curitiba have become one of Sulzer Pumps’ primary development, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Jundiaí also holds a strategic position within the division as a supplier of finished components and castings from its own foundry.

China

Sulzer operates three pump factories in China, all of which are built on Sulzer’s manufacturing experience, and which provide products and services with top-quality and performance to meet customer requirements. They play a key role in maintaining our leadership in China.

Finland

Sulzer has two state-of-the-art pump factories in Finland. The factory in Karhula offers innovative, technically high-quality and reliable pumps for all process stages in the pulp and paper industry. The factory in Lappeenranta is focused on compressors and aeration products.

France

The Sulzer Pumps factory in Mantes, France is the center of excellence for multiphase pump manufacturing with one of the largest pump test beds in Europe. We have extensive experience in supplying high-energy boiler feed pumps to the world's major power projects.

Germany

Our two factories in Germany are internationally recognized and experienced manufacturer partners for pre-engineered and engineered pumps, with state-of-the-art order-related engineering, packaging and testing. We offer customers a complete product range to meet their requirements.

India

The Sulzer Pumps manufacturing site in India is one of the leading suppliers of pumps to the Indian market. The focus is on the manufacture of engineered and pre-engineered pumps for the hydrocarbon processing, power generation, pulp and paper, water and general industries.

Ireland

Sulzer has one manufacturing factory in Wexford which is located in the South East of Ireland. The factory aims to provide products with the highest level of quality and performance to meet customer requirements.

Mexico

The Sulzer Pumps manufacturing site in Mexico applies state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and machines for the production of semi engineered pumps. It is a purpose-built factory and is fully equipped to machine, assemble, test and package high-quality pump packages.

South Africa

Sulzer's manufacturing site in South Africa specializes in engineered and pre-engineered pumps and is the selected sole supplier of large vertical pumps within Sulzer Pumps, as well as being the largest pump testing facility in Africa.

Sweden

Sulzer has two state-of-the-art pump factories in Sweden. The factories build on Sulzer’s extensive manufacturing experience and provide products with the highest level of quality and performance to meet customer requirements.

United Kingdom

The Sulzer Pumps manufacturing site in Leeds, UK is one of the world's leading manufacturers of custom engineered high-energy pumps for the oil and gas, water, hydrocarbon processing industries and power generation markets.

USA
